Because Cabo Rojo is situated in the southern and most western part of the island, the town is surrounded by gorgeous Caribbean waters. No other town in Puerto Rico offers such a great variety of beaches in one location like Cabo Rojo. You would need at least four days in Cabo Rojo to explore them all. All the beaches in Cabo Rojo are calm, with azure waters and white sand and very family friendly. Some beaches are very quiet, so you may have a spot all to yourself or you can choose to go to one of the more family friendly beaches with facilities, shopping and dining nearby. Following are some photos of the beaches in Cabo Rojo, but trust me it is much better in person.
