The beaches are very family friendly since many beaches in Joyuda are shallow and filled with friendly colorful underwater surprises tickling at your feet.  Go snorkeling and share the underwater magic with the schools of tropical fish. Following are some pictures of great spots in Joyuda.

The beaches in Joyuda are usually empty and to me is kind of considered a secret spot. The waters have beautiful shades of blue and the water are crystal clear.

When you are hungry you can walk and choose from the many fresh seafood restaurants at "La Milla de Oro". What's not to love? "Ok, I guess you want to know where it is", you can find this beautiful spot in front of Tony's Restaurant (a great place to eat in front of a great beach).

Houses, restaurants and marinas are in the coast of Joyuda.  On the weekends it can get pretty busy in this area due to locals and islanders coming to Joyuda to savour the best seafood on the island at family owned restaurants, each with it's own flavor and ambiance.
